Wilber Gets Adopted!

was adopted by a family that spent much time getting their
home “pig ready”. Before you get a pet….always read and
learn about it before jumping into adoption. The Humane

The Story of Legend
Her name is “Legend” and her story starts as a puppy kept in a damp, cold garage. She had one companion....another dog called
Miso. Miso did not like Legend. Legend’s human had 11 children and had no time to care for….to talk to...or to love Legend &
Miso.

All About Stitch
“Stitch” as we named him, because he was about as big as a stitch, came into our shelter as a
very small and very sick puppy. His owners had purchased him from a neighbor. When they realized
he was sick...they wanted the neighbor to take him back. The neighbor refused.
